The Project consists of all necessary work to complete the selective demolition
and comprehensive renovations to the existing 208,600 sf building. Minor
building additions at the main entrance, as well as construction of a new 4,500 sf
Information Technology Support Building shell, construction of a detached
14,200 sf vehicle storage building, and construction of an 880-sf utility enclosure
building within the northern parking lot area.
